Falvey’s Earthworks is seeking a motivated individual to join our 2025 Trucking Team! The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively, follow direction, meet deadlines, and excel in a team environment. There is always room for advancement within Falvey’s, we are a friendly and fun team that takes pride in our fleet. Requirements: Class A CDL High School Diploma or Equivalent Must be able to work 8 or more hours per day Operating, Excavation, and Labor experience (preferred) Responsibilities: Transportation of equipment, aggregates, and other materials to various job sites and customers Complete detailed daily records of trucking time and material transportation Must be able to communicate effectively with field and office management Keep trucks and equipment clean and maintained Immediately troubleshoot and report mechanical issues Salary and Benefits: Wage can range from $25-$28/hour DOE Overtime is available for all employees A benefits package is provided to all full-time employees: Benefits include, but are not limited to: overtime, health insurance, retirement, paid vacation, holidays, and perks. Falvey’s Earthworks is seeking a strong field leader to join our team. Our company takes on a wide variety of projects covering all aspects of site construction and select landscape work. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, career‑minded individual who enjoys project variety and leading a team in the field.

Position Overview

The Working Supervisor is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for guiding a crew and ensuring assigned projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This position oversees daily site operations while actively participating in the work.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, skilled trade diploma, or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Class A CDL preferred
  • Minimum two years of experience in the excavation or site construction industry with demonstrated leadership
  • Experience operating a variety of heavy equipment

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA safety guidelines
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and reporting abilities
  • Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications

Responsibilities

  • Organize, manage, and lead crew members to meet daily and long‑term project goals
  • Oversee and maintain an active job site, ensuring machinery and tools remain safe and in proper working order
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and issues with mechanics
  • Schedule and work alongside subcontractors as needed
  • Communicate professionally with clients, architects, government officials, subcontractors, and team members
  • Ensure all safety procedures are followed and quality standards are met
