Overview:
Will inspect equipment regularly and keep in excellent running condition. Perform routine and major repair work
Will log and maintain service records and work with office administrators to maintain all registrations and permits
Qualifications:
Operating, Excavating, and Labor experience (preferred)
Mechanical experience with heavy duty diesel engines
Welding Experience (preferred)
Class A CDL (preferred)
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Exceptional organization and communication skills
Must be able to excel in a team environment
Responsibilities:
Will maintain service records and schedule equipment service intervals.
Machines need to be kept greased, fueled, and regularly serviced. Responsible for adjusting and/or replacing damaged parts.
Will be able to assist with loading machines on to trailers for transportation.
Will ensure trucks and machines are stored properly at the end of each work day, and follow protocol for winter storage.
Responsible for keeping the shop organized, clean, and running smoothly.
Salary and Benefits: Hourly wage ranges anywhere from $25-$35 / Hour. There is always room for advancement within the company. A benefits package is made available to all fulltime employees. Benefits include, but are not limited to: OT, health insurance, retirement, paid vacation and holidays.

We are currently seeking a Foreman to join the Falvey's Earthworks team. Our company takes on a variety of projects encompassing all aspects of site construction and landscapes. This is an ideal management position for a career-minded individual looking for industry and project variety.
Overview:
The Foreman will be the point of reference for both worker and supervisor. They will be the key person for the completion of assigned projects, and will oversee daily operations of site work to ensure projects are completed in a safe and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
High School diploma, diploma in skilled trade, or equivalent
Current, valid driver's license
Class A CDL preferred
Minimum two years' experience as a laborer in the construction industry
Will have experience operating a variety of heavy equipment
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines
Excellent organization and leadership skills
Ability to communicate and report effectively
Ability to read and thoroughly understand plans and specifications
Responsibilities:
Organize, manage, and lead all team members provided to meet daily and long-term project goals
Manage and maintain active job site. Ensure all machinery and tools on site are kept in safe, proper working order. Communicate and coordinate issues and maintenance needs with mechanics
Schedule and work alongside subcontractors
Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, architects, government officials, subcontractors, and co-workers
Ensure all safety precautions are implemented and quality standards are met
Salary and Benefits:
