Machines need to be kept greased, fueled, and regularly serviced. Responsible for adjusting and/or replacing damaged parts. Will be able to assist with loading machines on to trailers for transportation. Will ensure trucks and machines are stored properly at the end of each work day, and follow protocol for winter storage. Responsible for keeping the shop organized, clean, and running smoothly. They will be the key person for the completion of assigned projects, and will oversee daily operations of site work to ensure projects are completed in a safe and efficient manner. Qualifications: High School diploma, diploma in skilled trade, or equivalent Current, valid driver's license Class A CDL preferred Minimum two years' experience as a laborer in the construction industry Will have experience operating a variety of heavy equipment Requirements:  In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines Excellent organization and leadership skills Ability to communicate and report effectively Ability to read and thoroughly understand plans and specifications Responsibilities: Organize, manage, and lead all team members provided to meet daily and long-term project goals Manage and maintain active job site. Ensure all machinery and tools on site are kept in safe, proper working order.
